Update from our CEO
Hello and welcome to the brand-new Bike Rental Manager newsletter.
You can now expect to receive more regular updates from us. (perhaps 1-3 per quarter) The newsletter will contain tips & tricks, product updates, and team news. We will be continuing with our blog series as well, with some new articles in the works.
Over the last year, the BRM has grown significantly, taking on team members in the UK, Spain, Turkey and North America. We are better placed to support you throughout your journey with us. It has been a year where we have seen our community continue to grow and develop, despite the many challenges that Covid has caused We have thoroughly enjoyed supporting new and existing businesses alike. We now have customers in 27 countries as well, reinforcing our global standing both internally and externally.
We are continuing to develop BRM, implementing new features and refining the existing platform. The team is currently looking into updating some of our key interfaces, as we strive to further increase the user experience. We will also be working on a new online booking portal, to help increase your customers\’ satisfaction. A big focus over the next few months is launching Bike.Rent and the necessary ancillary areas, more news on this soon…
Finally, I would like to thank all of you for the support you have shown over the last year. BRM would be nothing without our customers, we really do listen to your suggestions and feedback. We like to say BRM is designed by you, built by us.
