CHOOSE WHERE TO SEND YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER BOOKING ONLINE

Here’s what’s new/improved:

  • We have added “Redirect url” where you can send your customers to a “Thank you” page after they have made an online booking.

Why you’re going to love this:

  • You can track the bookings in your Google Analytics
  • You can remind them to bring driver’s licence when collecting the bike
  • Increase your sales by adding a link to your other products/services or promote events
  • You can ask them to follow you on social media, fill in a survey or ask for feedback

ONLINE BOOKING LINK TO SPECIFIC BIKE

Here’s what’s new/improved:

  • You can now have a link from your website to book a specific bike (for example a “BOOK NOW” button)

Why you’re going to love this:

  • You can create marketing campaigns for specific bikes. You have a low stock on other bikes and want to make more sales and promote low selling bike.
  • If you have nice images of your bikes on your website, you can link all the different bikes directly to the correct bike in online booking. And make booking the chosen bike a bit easier and faster.
  • Rather than having your customers to make a choice between your bikes or make the choice twice, you can link directly to a bike of your choice.
  • You can create marketing campaigns for specific bikes. You have a low stock on other bikes and want to make more sales and promote low selling bike.

CHOOSE TEXT ON SUGGESTED SIZING IN ONLINE BOOKING

Here’s what’s new/improved:

  • You can now choose what text you want to show in suggested sizing. Not just height but you can suggest weight or age.

  • It might make more sense to suggest an age or skill level for your items, rather than just height.
  • Makes the booking easier for your customers and less questions for you to handle.
